• What is your return policy?

  ll online purchases are eligible for credit or exchange ONLY within 14 days of the original ship date.  Online returns are eligible for online credit only, and are valid for a year. Online credits cannot be used in the store.  All returned clothing items must be received in its original condition, unworn with it’s original tags, smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All shoes must be returned unworn in their original box. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted if these conditions are not met. If you receive a damaged or defective item please email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, please include your name, date of purchase, a picture of the damaged item and a description of the damage.  

  All accessories, intimates, home decor, jewelry, sale items and special orders are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned for credit.
